The Churt Horticulture & Produce Society (CHAPS) held its Annual Spring Show in the Village Hall on Saturday 6^th April. Despite the inclement weather we have suffered these past few months the Hall was filled with a delightful array of exhibits (see photo) and Spring was more than well represented. The Show comprised some 46 categories of exhibits (including 11 aimed at member’s children) with an emphasis on Spring flowering bulbs and plants.

Thanks are extended to the 20+ exhibitors/members that contributed to the Show and we congratulate the worthy winners of the various categories of exhibit.

Thanks are also extended to CHAPS committee members for preparing the Hall, hosting the show judges and for providing refreshments and a raffle to raise funds for the Society. But special thanks are offered to new Show Secretary, My Spence, for all her hard work in making the Show a great success.

Our next Show is the Autumn Show which will be held on Saturday 7^th September.
